CULTIVATING A NEW ERA IN SPIRITS
Tastes may change over time, but some things defy the tide of trends.
The sound of people having fun. The scent of a rose in bloom. The feel of materials that come from the earth. That’s what Botanery Barn Distilling is all about.
WE’RE GUIDED BY NATURE
and grounded in the belief that how you make something is every bit as important as what you make.
That’s why we use pre-Prohibition methods to handcraft our Revivalist Garden Gin and Resurgent Botanical Whiskeys. That’s why we’re inspired by the ethnobotanical traditions practiced by cultures for millennia of using plants for medicinal, spiritual, and culinary purposes.
Beyond the bar, we cultivate our craft with innovative farm-to-table cuisine, sustainable farming, beekeeping, wellness retreats, and other activities at the Botanery Barn and wherever our spirit takes us.
TWO BOTANICAL SPIRITS
ONE WITH NATURE
INFUSED, NOT FLAVORED
These one-of-a-kind, all-natural spirits are infused, not flavored, using the finest botanicals curated from around the globe and our own backyard. Each plant is carefully selected to create a palate-pleasing pairing of botanicals and spirit in every bottle.
—————— DIRTY LITTLE SECRETS ——————
What you won’t find in Botanery Barn spirits are the short-cut fixes like additives, sugar, artificial ingredients, and WONF (With Other Natural Flavors) found in many other flavored whiskeys and gins. Since it’s not required to put those ingredients on the label, you have to look for statements declaring that the product is free of additives and other unwanted ingredients. You can be assured that all Botanery Barn spirits have
NO sugar
NO additives
NO preservatives
NO WONF (With Other Natural Flavors)
OUR PASSION IS PLANTS
Our team of botanical experts, distillers, and mixologists are inspired by the ethnobotanical traditions practiced by cultures for millennia and are continually seeking ways to put that knowledge to use in new and sustainable ways.
